Soul Performance Chevrolet C8 Z06 SOUL Valved Exhaust Package

The C8 Z06 Soul Performance Products Valved Exhaust Package pairs our Valved Exhaust System with our Sport Catalytic Converters.

DEVELOPMENT & SOUND: The C8 Z06 uses a high-revving naturally-aspirated V8 to deliver its staggering performance and character, and our bespoke X-Pipe refines that character into a wonderfully exotic sound. But when circumstances warrant, our Valved Exhaust System can dial it back to a comfortable cruising experience, while also relocating the valves for better thermal protection. The addition of our Sport Catalytic Converters amplifies that sound delta, as they are built around larger catalytic converters than previous generations due to the higher demands of the new 5.5L LT6 V8 and extract additional volume, accentuation of the flat plane crank engine tone, and more power.

CONSTRUCTION:  Each system is assembled in-house in the USA out of mandrel-bent, thick-wall .065″” T304L stainless steel. Back-purged TIG welding (with ARCAL™ Prime argon gas) ensures proper weld penetration and longevity. Water jet cut flanges are made to ISO 9001:2015 standards with tolerances of +/- 0.003 inches for extreme precision. We fabricate these components using thick gauge aluminum fixtures which act as a great heat sink during the welding process and prevent warping not only of our products, but the fixtures themselves to ensure perfect fitment.
