DEVELOPMENT:  Ferrari’s mid-engined V8s have established the brand’s character through flagship models like the F40, to track-focused variants like the 430 Scuderia, to benchmark supercars like the 458 Italia. Carrying over into the 488 model, the V8 shines once again–but even as it flaunts its capabilities on paper, the emotional response doesn’t keep up with its incendiary performance. Removing reservations of the factory sound is priority number one, extracting the V8’s signature tone with an incorporated X-pipe and optimizing flow through 3.5” tubing, while simultaneously mitigating drone. The system mounts directly to the factory downpipes.

SOUND:  The hallmark tone of the flat-plane V8 is revived, with aggressive refinement and street-appropriate volume that still commands the attention deserving of a Ferrari supercar.

CONSTRUCTION:  Each component is assembled in the USA out of mandrel bent, thick wall .065″” T304L stainless steel. Our billet 304L stainless steel flanges are precision cut on a 5-axis CNC machine for the best possible strength. Back purged TIG welding (with ARCAL™ Prime argon gas) ensures proper weld penetration and longevity – crucial for durability on the track. We fabricate the exhaust using thick gauge aluminum fixtures which act as a great heat sink during the welding process and prevent warping not only of our products, but the fixtures themselves to ensure perfect fitment.

CERAMIC COATING:  Jet-Hot ceramic coating is available for an additional charge. Extreme (1300) or Ultra Extreme Heat (2500) coatings can lower surrounding temperatures by up to 65% and protects from thermal oxidation and corrosion. Please contact us for more information and a quote.
